Ingleside Hotel - Lynton

Located in Lynton, the views from our Double Room with Mountain View were fine. The access to the car park was tricky due to a sharp turn.

Breakfast with home made jams & yogurt and yogurt, as example. Very amiable stuff of the hotel...

Really tasty and particularly nice breakfast selection with home made jams and yogurt, for instance, everyone could find their favorite food. There was affable staff and the service was excellent.

Ja, no, the brekkie was something else, with fresh jams and the bang-on full English. Loved the little touches like bath salts for our tired legs after hiking. Chommie!

Accessing the car park was a bit of a mission with that tight turn, had to figure out a plan there!

Ingleside Guest House impressed me with its warm atmosphere. Keith and Dianna welcomed us like family. Our room overlooked fine mountain views, and it was super clean, comfortable, and had plenty of storage. Breakfast choices delighted, from full English to homemade yogurt. Fresh milk for tea was a nice touch. The in-house three-course dinner was excellent, with great value. Access to the car park was tricky due to a sharp turn, a bit stressful. The layout made parking challenging, but once settled, the on-site parking was convenient. A fantastic base for exploring Exmoor, despite steep footpaths that need caution while walking.

Lovely stay with great hosts!

The hosts were super friendly, always ready with tips on where to eat and what to see. Breakfast was a real treat with tons of options. We also enjoyed cozy dinners on-site. The only thing was the front door's early lock time. Still, a relaxing place overall!

Had a lovely time relaxing on the sun terrace with stunning views after a day exploring the area. The well-kept gardens and cozy lounge were perfect spots to unwind. Just a heads up, there are a few stairs to get to the rooms, but it didn’t really take away from all the great experiences! 🌳

Nice hotel with amenities like free parking, wi-fi, and a tv. I remember how the staff helped me with a local taxi number on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I'm coming back for a business trip.

Super clean and quiet, the mountain view from our double room was divine. And parking on-site meant I didn't have to wear out my shoes traipsing around.

The slope leading to the car park was like a mini Everest! I thought I might need a sherpa for a second there.

The location in Lynton was perfect and handy, close enough to the hill with amazing views. the rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and light with brilliant decor. - the breakfast was great. - the property is conveniently located close to Lynton centre.

The service here is exceptional, the place is conveniently located near the city center, and the food at the restaurant is outstanding, especially the delicious breakfast with jams and yogurt.

Cosy king room with a TV and tea/coffee facilities 📺☕. This hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from charming rooms with beautiful decor and from the town center and the coastline. A perfect spot for exploring!
